{"id":94,"date":"2021-05-21T09:37:22","date_gmt":"2021-05-21T07:37:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/letangauxpetitsoignons.org\/?p=94"},"modified":"2021-05-21T09:37:22","modified_gmt":"2021-05-21T07:37:22","slug":"pesto-de-fanes-de-carottes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/letangauxpetitsoignons.org\/index.php\/2021\/05\/21\/pesto-de-fanes-de-carottes\/","title":{"rendered":"Pesto de fanes de carottes"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong><em>Ne jetez pas vos fanes de carottes, cuisinez-les comme un l\u00e9gume vert, en potage, en quiche, ou\u2026en pesto\u00a0!<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingr\u00e9dients&nbsp;: pour un petit pot<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les fanes d\u20191\/2 botte de carottes bio (70 g environ)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>35 g de noix de cajou non sal\u00e9es, ou d\u2019amandes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>20 g de parmesan r\u00e2p\u00e9 (ou autre fromage \u00e0 p\u00e2te dure). 2 gousses d\u2019ail&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>60 ml d\u2019huile d\u2019olive, sel, poivre&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lavez et s\u00e9chez soigneusement les fanes de carottes. \u00c9liminez les grosses tiges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mettez les fanes dans un bol mixeur, ajoutez le parmesan, les gousses d\u2019ails d\u00e9germ\u00e9es et coup\u00e9es en morceaux, l\u2019huile d\u2019olive et les noix de cajou\/amandes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mixez pour obtenir une texture assez homog\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Salez (attention, le fromage est d\u00e9j\u00e0 sal\u00e9) et poivrez selon votre go\u00fbt. Si n\u00e9cessaire, rectifiez les proportions d\u2019huile et de fromage pour une texture et une saveur correspondant \u00e0 vos go\u00fbts et \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation que vous souhaitez en faire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Versez dans un bocal. Servez en tartinade sur du pain grill\u00e9, en sauce pour les p\u00e2tes, ou en ap\u00e9ro avec des b\u00e2tonnets de carotte.
